Bea’s Straight from the Hive Honey Butter

Whipped to perfection with honey, cinnamon, and vanilla—this dreamy honey butter is Bea’s signature touch, straight from the hive.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound butter, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Parchment paper or plastic wrap (for rolling)

Directions

  1. Prepare a stand mixer with the whisk attachment.
  2. Place butter into the bowl and beat at low speed to loosen.
  3. Increase to medium speed and add honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  4. Whip until fully combined and fluffy, about 7 minutes.
  5. Spoon butter onto parchment paper or plastic wrap. Roll into a log and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  6. Remove from refrigerator about 1 hour before serving for the perfect spreadable texture.
