Bea’s Straight from the Hive Honey Butter
Whipped to perfection with honey, cinnamon, and vanilla—this dreamy honey butter is Bea’s signature touch, straight from the hive.
Ingredients
- 1 pound butter, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Parchment paper or plastic wrap (for rolling)
Directions
- Prepare a stand mixer with the whisk attachment.
- Place butter into the bowl and beat at low speed to loosen.
- Increase to medium speed and add honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Whip until fully combined and fluffy, about 7 minutes.
- Spoon butter onto parchment paper or plastic wrap. Roll into a log and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Remove from refrigerator about 1 hour before serving for the perfect spreadable texture.
